• Load bearing – depending on design, can bear loads up to 5kN/m
• Slip resistant floor – tested to BS7976-2:2002 –81 SRV when dry, 68 SRV when wet
• Flame resistant – flammability Rating B2
• Minimum damage from scoring
• Easy to fit
