Borris Vocational School
Borris Vocation School was opened in 1939. Our mission is to create a caring inclusive Christian environment where each individual is encouraged to develop a sense of honesty, tolerance and responsibility and in which everybody acquires self-confidence to achieve his or her full potential.
The Problem
Helen from Borris Vocational School contacted us as they were looking for recycled plastic benches for their basketball courts. They needed to be made from an environmentally friendly,strong & durable, hardwearing and maintenance free material. The benches had to be fitted in the desired area and a date for delivery was agreed. As Borris Vocational School is aiming to be environmentally friendly school, using recycled plastic will show the students the end product and the benefits of recycling.
The Solution
Borris Vocational School were looking benches for their basketball courts. Recycled Plastic is durable, rot- proof and an ideal solution for this challenging outdoor environment. We explained that our benches would do all of the above. We gave Helen some contact details of other schools we had supplied with our maintenance free furniture. Using a sustainable product educates their pupils about the importance of recycling their waste and demonstrates the fantastic end products that can result. As we have supplied several schools we work with their team & install the benches in the desired area at a time that is suitable for the school.
